Welcome to Qllix, your creative partner in delivering innovative design, branding, development, and marketing solutions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (qllix.com), digital platforms, and any services offered by Qllix Ltd. ("Qllix", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

•  "Client" refers to any individual or entity that enters into an agreement with Qllix.

•  "Services" refer to all design, development, marketing, branding, animation, video, motion graphics, UI/UX, and related offerings.

•  "Content" includes any data, designs, media, files, text, visuals, or documents provided to or by Qllix.

Eligibility

Our services are available only to users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

Account Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

•  Provide accurate and current information

•  Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

•  Be responsible for all activities under your account

Project Engagement

Project initiation requires a written agreement or signed proposal outlining scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables. Clients are responsible for:

•  Providing timely feedback and necessary materials

•  Approving milestones or drafts within agreed timelines

•  Notifying Qllix of any changes in project scope

Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in the project proposal or invoice.

Late payments may incur a penalty or service suspension.

Qllix reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

Revisions and Change Requests

Revisions are included as defined in the service agreement. Any work beyond the agreed scope will be considered a new request and may be billed separately.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

•  Qllix retains ownership of all pre-existing materials and tools used in delivering services.

•  Final deliverables become the client’s property only upon full payment.

•  Clients are granted a license to use drafts and proposals strictly for review purposes.

Client Content

Clients represent that all provided content is legally owned or licensed, and that Qllix’s use of such content does not infringe third-party rights.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or confidential information strictly private. This clause remains in effect even after the termination of services.

Service Disruption

We do our best to ensure uninterrupted service but are not liable for outages due to:

•  Scheduled maintenance

•  Cyberattacks

•  Force majeure (natural disasters, war, government action, etc.)

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qllix is not liable for:

•  Loss of data, revenue, or business

•  Any indirect or consequential damages

    Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the affected project.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qllix, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion for:

•  Breach of Terms

•  Unlawful behavior

•  Inactivity or non-payment

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Feedback and Testimonials

Any feedback you provide may be used by Qllix for promotional purposes. Testimonials, once submitted, may be published publicly with your consent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Qllix, superseding any previous understandings or agreements.
