Job Description

Take ownership of end-to-end design processes — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and usability testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and creatives to deliver user-centered design solutions.

Responsibilities

Translate user needs and business goals into clear, engaging digital interfaces.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile platforms.

Conduct or leverage user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and functionality.

Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.

Present ideas, explain design rationale, and advocate for best UX practices.

Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and industry standards.

Requirements

1–3 years of professional experience in UI design or product design.

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility.

Solid grasp of design systems, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not required to code but nice to have).

Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback.

Portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile UI projects.
