Job Description

Own the full UX process — from research to wireframes to user flows. Guide product design decisions based on user behavior, business goals, and usability testing. Collaborate closely with clients, developers, and stakeholders to simplify complex challenges into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user-centered design processes for web, mobile, and product interfaces.
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, analytics reviews) and synthesize insights.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, low to high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Collaborate with UI designers to ensure UX strategies translate into intuitive interfaces.
  • Facilitate UX workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Define and maintain UX standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide feedback in design reviews.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on results.

    • Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UX design for web or product platforms.
  • Proficient with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility.
  • Experience with UX research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX processes, wireframes, and decision-making rationale.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across remote teams and managing multiple projects.

    Educational Requirements

    Bachelor’s in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Web Design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, BSc in CSE, or a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) or Diploma in HCI or equivalent experience.
