Job Description

Define product vision, prioritize features, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver web and mobile products. Collaborate with designers, developers, and business teams to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and development timelines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to deliver exceptional digital products.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, business requirements, and market research.
  • Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups with the dev team.
  • Track KPIs and product performance to inform iteration and optimization.
  • Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure timely and successful product delivery within scope and budget.

    • Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in digital or tech environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with design and development teams on web/mobile projects.
  • Proficient in using tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp.
  • Ability to define MVPs, write user stories, and manage backlogs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and performance metrics.
