Job Description

Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns while collaborating with content, design, and development teams to ensure consistent branding and measurable results.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and audience targeting.
  • Manage and monitor SEO efforts (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead funnels.
  • Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, etc.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce engaging ad creatives.
  • Report on KPIs and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital tools.

  • Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven experience running paid social, search engine, or display campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and basic analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into action.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setup.
