Qllix ("we", "us") is a creative agency offering branding, design, video, web and marketing services. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit qllix.com or contact us through our website chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or other channels.

• Information you give us: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, business details, project requirements, files or reference images you send, and messages you write to us.
• Messaging data: when you message us on WhatsApp or Messenger, Meta shares with us your message content, your profile name, and your phone number or Messenger ID so we can reply.
• Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate time of visit, used to keep the site working and secure.

• To reply to your questions and send you quotes, packages and project updates.
• To provide and deliver the services you order.
• To keep a record of enquiries so our team can follow up with you.
• To improve our website and customer support.

Our website chat and our WhatsApp/Messenger inbox may use an AI assistant to answer common questions instantly. To generate a reply, the text of your message is processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini). You can ask to talk to a human team member at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp and Messenger) to send and receive messages;
• Google (Gemini AI and Google Sheets) to generate chat replies and keep our enquiry list;
• our web hosting provider, which stores our website and its data.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting obligations, and then delete it.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@qllix.com or message us on WhatsApp with the subject "Delete my data", and we will complete the request within 30 days.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so please avoid sending passwords or payment card details through chat.
